Continuing with her vegetarian foodie kick, the middle kid made us a delicious and VERY healthy vegetable and tofu stir fry with brown rice last night for dinner. With a tahini-based sauce, it was indeed fabulous and So. Damned. Healthy.
After dinner she proceeded to mix up multi-grain bagels. Some plain, some with raisins, cinnamon and date paste. I will totally enjoy eating them. Seriously.
The Husband did a run to Sam’s just before supper last night. All we needed was milk, apples, and Allegra. But he added a little something to the list and came home with THIS:
